The Fourth Street Neighborhood Association is part of the greater Old Louisville Neighborhood located in Louisville, Kentucky.  Old Louisville is home to the largest collection of Victorian Mansions in the United States.

We are one of 13 Neighborhood Associations in Old Louisville that meets on a regular basis to discuss issues pertaining to the overall safety and upkeep of our neighborhood.

Our Association strives to maintain a safe and friendly environment for everyone residing in our neighborhood. The Association discusses and funds such things as: keeping of the streets, yards and public areas; participation in local charity and public works events; crime & safety and preservation district compliance; and anything else that concerns members of the community.
